The FreedomIQ hosted pbx phone service combines a multi-extension phone system with a host of
advanced features all included in your base rental. It functions as a
virtual secretary, PBX system, sales tool, fax machine and can contain department, informational
and/or employee mailboxes.
Automated Professional Front Office
When callers dial your FreedomIQ system, your auto attendant
automatically answers the call and plays a main greeting which you record to your liking.
Your automated attendant can handle your inbound calls,
will answer each call in the same professional manner, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In your main greeting, you'll want to have callers choose an extension or dial 8 for the
dial-by-name directory. Once they select an extension,
automatic call distribution (ACD) takes over
and they are taken through a call flow that has been designated for that specific extension / mailbox.

For example, a caller dials 1 for sales. They are then placed on-hold with music,
while the Sales mailbox routes the call to your desk phone.
The call is announced to you and if you choose to accept
the call, dial 1 and begin speaking. If you do not answer your phone or choose not to answer the call,
the caller is sent into the Sales mailbox voice mail. When a message has been left, the Sales mailbox can
notify you of the message instantly by calling you,
text message, emailing you the message in audio format, and/or
paging you.

Multiple Mailboxes / Extensions
Each FreedomIQ hosted PBX phone system comes with multiple mailboxes,
each with its own extension that you can designate for different departments, employees and/or to
provide information about your company, products and/or services. You'll never have to worry about outgrowing
your system because you can easily add additional mailboxes at anytime,
each with its own unique ACD call flow, voicemail, and notification options.
You can have any combination of department, employee or informational extensions, meaning each FreedomIQ
hosted PBX phone system can be customized for your exact business needs. For example, assign extensions
1, 2, and 3 for sales, support, and billing and extensions 84 through 89 for employee extensions. Department
extensions can all be handled by you or by different employees nationwide or in your office. With our optional
dial-by-name directory, you can project a larger image by
allowing callers to dial 8 from the main menu and be able to automatically find employee extensions by
simply using their phone's keypad.
Follow-Me-Live Call Routing
Each FreedomIQ hosted PBX phone system mailbox comes with follow-me-live
call routing which transfers callers to you wherever you are. It will automatically try any combination of
telephone numbers you enter until it locates you. You can select certain times of the day and days of the week
for taking calls at different numbers. This creates the impression of a single office, regardless of whether
you and your employees work from different geographical locations.
For example, you can have calls routed to your desk phone first, and if your not available, then go to your
cell phone. When a caller dials your mailbox, they are put on-hold with music
while your mailbox dials your desk phone. With standard call forwarding, the caller typically hears silence
or a series of clicks and tones while the call is being transferred. With the FreedomIQ phone
service, the music on-hold feature helps portray a more professional
image indicating to the caller you've invested time and money into the way you communicate. If your mailbox doesn't
get an answer at your desk phone, it will then try your cell phone. You answer your cell phone and instead
of being connected directly with the caller, your mailbox lets you know that you have a call and gives you
the flexibility of choosing to accept or reject the call. This option allows you to manage your calls,
wherever you are, without having to purchase any special phone equipment. If you choose to accept the call,
you're immediately connected and the caller never even knows you're out of the office!
24/7 Marketing/Sales
With the Ultimate Sales Tool feature, you can provide your
callers with an automated way to access information about your company, products or services via
sub-menued recording-only extensions. For example, your caller dials 3 to learn more about your company.
They can then dial 1 for store hours, 2 for directions, 3 for a company history, and 4 for upcoming events.
After listening to a message, they can either choose to go back to the main menu, leave a message, or hold
to speak to someone.
Fully Customizable
All outgoing messages, greetings, mailboxes, call forwarding numbers, and notification options can be customized
to create either a simple voicemail system or a fully-featured PBX phone service. Use it
for automated marketing and sales generation where callers listen to a message and leave a voicemail or use
it to unify your messaging giving customers one point of access to all your employees, regardless of their location.
Accessible Online, Email, and by Telephone
Increase productivity with multiple access points to messages. When a message has been left, you can have the
mailbox track you down and play the message by telephone, email you the message via an audio attachment,
or page you. You can turn Email Message Delivery on/off at anytime and each mailbox can have different
notification options. Messages and setup options can be accessed both online or by phone. So regardless
