On-Hold with Music

During a live call transfer, your customer will hear a relaxing instrumental piece until they are connected with you!

In addition, while speaking with a customer, you can dial the * key at anytime to put your caller on hold with music. Once you are ready to take the call back, simply press the * key again to reconnect!

Every FreedomIQ system comes with on hold music. You can even jazz up your hold music by selecting personalized hold music or one of our random hold music selections.
