Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

Easily distribute calls in the manner necessary for your business to thrive.

• Simultaneous
  Call all the members of the group at the same time. First one to pickup wins.
• Call Rotation
  Call each member in order. Members can be listed more than once.
• Most Idle Calling
  Call the member that has been off the phone for the longest time.
• Least Call Time
  Call group members by least total time on the phone. Total is the sum of when the call is picked up until the "caller" hangs up. An adjustment is made for when each user is logged on.
• End Weighting
  Call first available group member not on the phone or in a grace period. System starts sequentially from the top of the list.

Note: You can also route calls to a specific user or phone number.
